ocean jasper, fluorite, or magnestite
From some quick research on Singapore geology I would suggest the following:
1. it is unlikely that sedimentary jasper will be present, as Singapore doesn't have the deep marine rocks which would host jasper
2. it is very likely that fluorite is present, as Singapore has an abundance of granite which commonly produces fluorite veins
3. magnesite or magnetite? If magnesite (magnesium carbonate) than it is unlikely, as this generally accompanies weathering or alteration of ultramafic rocks. Some gabbros are present on Singapore, so it is possible that magnsite does occur. Magnetite is magnetic iron oxide - it is a common accessory mineral in mafic rocks such as basalts and gabbros - so it will definitely be present.
